Products, sessions, and licence to use

All guides and workbooks are digital products licensed to you for your own personal, family use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, copy, or reproduce any product, session material, or website content without my written permission. All intellectual property in the content and branding remains mine.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in £ and include any applicable taxes or VAT. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase through a secure third-party payment provider.

Your right to cancel (EU/UK consumers)

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. For digital products delivered immediately, this right is lost once download begins, and by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right at that point. This does not affect the separate satisfaction guarantee described in the Refund & Delivery Policy.

Limitation of liability

The products and sessions are provided for general educational and emotional support only (see the Disclaimer). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Humans Abroad is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made or outcomes that result from using the information or tools provided. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
