Refund & Delivery Policy

Digital products (guides & workbooks)

All guides and workbooks are delivered digitally. After your purchase is complete, you will receive a download link by email so you can access your files right away. Please check your spam or junk folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.

To open the files you will need a device that can read PDF documents. If you have any trouble accessing your purchase, email littlehumansabroad@gmail.com and I will help.

Because digital products are delivered instantly, they cannot be returned, and EU/UK withdrawal rights end once download begins (see Terms & Conditions). However, I want you to feel confident in your purchase:

If a guide doesn’t feel helpful for your family, simply reply to your order email within 30 days and I will provide a full refund — no questions asked.

1:1 sessions

Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the booked time for a full refund or free reschedule.

Cancellations after that point can be rescheduled once.
